The San Francisco 49ers are down another wide receiver. Niners coach Jim Harbaugh announced Friday that rookie Quinton Patton will miss some time after suffering a fractured foot during Thursday's win over the St. Louis Rams. Harbaugh said Patton will not be placed on injured reserve. It's a tough blow for a wide receiver group already trying to make due without Michael Crabtree.
